We were in the store twice in total. The first time my friend wanted sunglasses. We stood alone in front of the sunglasses for 15 minutes, no one greeted us or offered advice, although two employees at the front of the checkout were free and chatted. When I asked if the sunglasses could be adjusted slightly, this was done very reluctantly. The second time we were there a few weeks later, this time for an eye test. Same thing again, no greeting. When we asked the staff whether an eye test could be carried out on my friend, he doesn't wear glasses yet but feels like he can't see well. But we were told that they couldn't do an eye test on him because they couldn't be sure whether he would need glasses and so they couldn't measure. I could then at least persuade the employee to do a test with the autorefractometer. The best part was when the employee simply couldn't manage to set the autorefractometer so that it was even possible for my friend to take a measurement. I then said that I was an optician myself and that I could adjust the device. The employee was very grateful. Does that mean I measured my friend myself in the end?! And even after the autorefractometer clearly showed a visual impairment of at least -0.5 and -1.0, they didn't want to sell us glasses or measure them exactly. So if you don't want our money, please. There are also plenty of other opticians who are inexpensive and competent. xD So inspiring customers is different xD

When I had to do the eye test for my driving license (at another optician) it turned out that instead of -0.5 on the right side I had a lens with a diopter of -1 inserted. I had the feeling that something was wrong with the glasses, but I was told I would just have to get used to them.. Yes, exactly.. Now I have gotten new glasses with the correct prescription. What is being done there is already negligent.
